The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, making it easily accessible for business travelers. It is also very close to the local rail station, making transportation convenient. the recently opened malls on NH byepass are just a short distance away, providing opportunities for shopping and entertainment. the hotel is also centrally located in the city center, allowing guests to easily explore and access various attractions.
The room service at the hotel was mentioned as not being very good.

The hotel was cost-effective for a city trip. We were pleased with the modern and clean bathrooms. the staff was helpful and friendly, making us feel comfortable and welcome. the breakfast spread was diverse and enjoyable.
The location was quite far from popular tourist spots, making traveling a bit harder, not ideal for those looking for a central location spot. room service lacked options for local cuisine and had limited options overall.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and what an experience! Two great things about the hotel were the spacious rooms with hot water available all day and the courteous staff. Its key location on the main highway made it very easy to get around and explore the city. Plus, the food was pretty good and the buffet breakfast had a decent variety.
There were a few things that they could have improved. the electrical sockets were not working properly and charging my gadgets was a bit of a challenge.
